Our Returns Promise

At Arc Forge Store, we take pride in crafting quality archery equipment that meets the standards of bowmen worldwide. However, if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with our straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made arrows (including aluminium and carbon arrows that have been specifically sized or fletched to your specifications)
  • Used arrow cutting tools (for safety reasons once opened)
  • Opened cresting & paint pens
  • Personalized equipment (items that have been engraved or otherwise customized)

Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any items, please contact our craftsman’s support at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Once authorized, please:

  1. Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  3. Clearly mark the package as “Return”

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your return package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your return request email, specify the replacement item you desire
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
