Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to serve archers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our craftsmanship, but if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process will make it right.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom-made arrows (including aluminium and carbon arrows sized or fletched to your specifications)
- Used arrow cutting tools (for safety reasons once opened)
- Opened cresting & paint pens
- Personalized equipment (engraved or otherwise customized items)
Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Before returning any items, please contact our craftsman’s support at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Details about the product you wish to return
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Once authorized:
- Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Clearly mark the package as “Return”
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send your return package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your return request email, specify the replacement item you desire
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
